|DICK, as Trump traveled to Arizona to gawk at his non-existent “new” border wall and hold a racist-fueled rally for his rabid fans, the ground was shifting under his feet. |
Until recently, Arizona was a reliable red state in presidential elections. However, Trump’s antagonizing of immigrants and other marginalized groups is turning it decidedly purple–even light blue. According to the latest 538 average, Joe Biden actually leads in Arizona by 4.7%!
Trump thinks he can win Arizona by holding a rally in a megachurch and getting his base riled up. However, antagonistic, racist rallies don’t win elections but strong, competent organizing across communities can.
Thankfully, progressive leaders in Arizona are already on the ground working to register, educate, count, protect, empower, and mobilize frontline communities to help kick Trump out of office in November.
Daily Kos has teamed up with six local and statewide organizations in Arizona to help turn this long-time red state blue. Please contribute $1 to each of these organizations to help them build a progressive Arizona.

By working together, they’ve created deep and lasting change. Our Voice, Our Vote Arizona is a member-led organization committed to advocating for lasting progressive public policies. They are building power by mobilizing voters, training the next generation of leaders, electing champions into office, and holding elected officials accountable. If we can turnout the vote in Arizona, not only can we kick Trump out of the office, but we also have a shot at flipping the U.S. Senate — AND the state legislature. Support these six organizations that are working day in and day out to make Arizona more progressive by giving $6 now.
