The new Congress came back into session this week to begin considering important legislation – bills to end the shutdown, reduce the influence of big money in politics, pass universal background checks, defend voting rights and more.
But as you know, the electoral fraud perpetrated by my opponent’s campaign has left our district without a voice in the House.
It shouldn’t be this way, but while we wait for the likely special election to be called, I want to know what you think the new Congress should focus on.
I’ll take a look at the results to see how you’re feeling. While we may not have a voice in Congress, I want to do everything I can to make sure we are heard.
