  Dick  We are seven days away from the end of the fundraising quarter. We have told you about how important the end of the quarter is. I want to emphasize why these next seven days matter so much.   Our fundraising this quarter could determine whether or not the NC Democratic Party increases its investment in my campaign. Because of your support, our campaign is one of the most competitive races in North Carolina. People have taken notice. We have the opportunity to convince the Party to throw its support behind our campaign. 

We set a fundraising record for this district last month. We can blow that record out of the water and show everyone just how strong our support really is. At the end of May we raised $10,000 in one week. Now I’m asking you to help me do it again.
